We believe first and foremost
that our club is an open and vibrant entity that encourages
diversity in the players, coaches, and parents that make
up our club. Our club is a stage for kids to not only learn
the game, but also to understand the broader scope from which
the sport was formed. Our Soccer club embraces the heritage
and history of the game and brings the international flavor
of the game’s roots
to Arizona.
The synergies that are formulated from our members
are reflected and captured on the field. The players experience
the knowledge base of a multicultural environment, their
understanding of the game of soccer is greatly enhanced from
the players and coaches that are nucleus of our club. Our
method of teaching not only builds confidence and skills
on the field, but also broadens the horizons of the players
minds in their everyday life.
We are a competitive club that arrives at our objectives
without sacrificing player and parent involvement. Our club
relays heavily on our parents and volunteers, and our management
base is built from this base. Our coaches are all certified
volunteer coaches whose only rewards are intrinsic. Our club
makes every effort to offer underprivileged children a role,
and a percentage of our players are sponsored by our club.
The result is a passionate and competitive club, close knit
to the equal strengths and dedication of coaches, players,
and parents. Together our goals are common goals, and our efforts
are concentrated efforts. All participants (parents, volunteers, and players) receive intrinsic
fulfillment for enjoyment from accomplishing our common goal
of club achievement.
